Who we are

Launchd is run by WeiHsi Hu. Contact: info@launchd.eu.

We run the apps on apps.golaunchd.eu and apps.golaunchd.uk. For this privacy policy, we are the controller, which means we decide how the sign-in data is used.

What we collect when you sign in

You sign in with your Google account. Google tells us your email address, your name and your profile picture. We use only your email address.

We keep your email address in an encrypted cookie in your browser. The cookie also holds the sign-in tokens from Google. It expires after 7 days, or when you sign out.

Server logs

Our server logs your IP address, browser and email address for each request, and deletes old log lines as new ones arrive.

Why we use it

We use your email address for one thing: to check whether the company that owns the app allows you to open it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Where the data is

Our server is at Hetzner in Germany. The apps of our UK clients also run on this server, so their data is in Germany.

The apps themselves

Each app belongs to one of our clients. That client decides what the app stores. We run the app for the client under a data processing agreement. For questions about the data in an app, contact the company that owns it.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@launchd.eu. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
